Rear armrest cup holder broken

So I folded my rear seat down and didn't realize that the arm rest was down and cup holder extended. Needless to say it broke right off. Anyone deal with this? Wondering what the repair might entail an cost.

I spent $250 for my front cup holder at the dealership. I know it's not the answer you are looking for. But if you are good at math maybe you can roughly estimate from here.
Maybe less expensive somewhere else. What about having your passenger holding your cup. Put them to work you can save some dollahs!

I was able to identify the part and it appears to be ~$105. Probably an hour of labor at the dealer, so looking at $200-$250. Maybe I can figure out how to install myself.

The rear cupholder lists for $112.94. Tischer sells it for $90.35 (plus shipping).

Please don't pays dealer to install this for you. It's literally held in by 2-3 screws. Once removed the unit just slides out.

Under warranty? Worth a try to get the dealer to replace ..... they did when my front cup holder broke ..... they are embarrassed at the fragility of their cup holders.

I'm going to take a closer look at this and try to do it myself. Unfortunately, I'm not the most handy when it comes to these things.

The dealer would have to be feeling very generous. It's clearly snapped right off and even though its not the best design, I'm not surprised that it broke based on folding the seat down. I guess I could ask and try to keep a straight face!

Just a quick update on this and a question. I ordered and received the part from getBMWparts.com (Silver Springs, MD BMW) and was able to remove the broken cup holder using a standard allen wrench. The question I have is in regards to a small, plastic, white cylinder part. One came with the new cup holder and also fell out of the broken one. I have no idea what I am supposed to do with this part. Attached are pics. Any ideas?
