There are numerous CAs on this forum who take very good care of their clients. PM them and see what they offer. If it's a car you want to order, I'm sure you'll get the best deal available. Don't sweat the small stuff.

Any chance you would be willing to reveal which NorCal dealer you got this deal from?

2014 x5 deal

I would like to lease a 2014 x series x drive 35i.i am interested in leasing the vehicle for 2 years, with 15000 miles per year. The vehicle I priced out on line is approximately $65,300. Not including tax and license. I live in Northern California . I will put down minimum drive off. I believe my minimum drive off should be about $1800.00 Can someone give me an idea of what a good lease number should be. Does anyone know a dealer that is giving great deals in northern ca.

Does BMW have a 24th month program? Its more common with Mercedes and other dealers. Can't tell without the residual.

Maybe someone knows the residual at 24 mos and 15k miles. BMW does not normally promote it and, if available, you will pay more than at 36 mos, otherwise many would be opting for it. Whats the January MF?

What type of discount do you expect off MSRP? You need this information to calculate a lease payment!

I will need to get more info. I just don't like keeping a vehicle longer than two years . I guess it will cost me.
Thanks

Yes, it will. You are paying the entire "drive it off the lot" depreciation over a span of only 24 months, which is going to drive your monthly cost up quite a bit. If you looked at residual percentages on a month-by month basis, the biggest change is in the first few months (or technically, on day 1), then it will flatten out quite a bit.

You could probably get someone to do a 6-month lease for you if you didn't mind having $3k/month lease payments to account for the initial depreciation that occurs in month #1.

If you get a good deal, you can always move it on Swapalease if you get sick of it - I have done so with three vehicles. I usually roll sales tax into payment so I don't lose out.

Ummm, $2500 off of invoice for an F15??? Really. Sorry, but I find that a little hard to believe.

If that isn't BS, I don't know why you wouldn't have purchased this yet.

I just ordered an F15 (50i) for basically invoice from a friend in North New Jersey.

They basically said stuff was in such demand (the demand is probably mostly a result of constrained supply though) that they were generally selling them at 500-1000 over invoice.

You mean 500-1000 over MSRP? 500 over invoice is not that horrible at all.

I am also in the Northern VA and have been speaking with dealers here locally. Perhaps we can either negotiate a better deal together or share our experience. I will PM you.

What residual did they provide for you? Were your ttf rolled in as well? This is a great deal, where did you buy?

Thanks
