No, that's just the lease payments. I'm paying axes, title, etc up front. Residual was I think 60% for 10k miles. Bought from OC BMW in NY.

But what about the other part of your post where you say the other dealer is giving you $500 over invoice. Was that correct? If so, please reveal the name of the dealer!

Thanks.

Approx $2k for first payment, bank fee, registration etc.

Taxes are approx $3k I think. Still not sure whether I'll pay those up front, or roll them into the lease.

LowerEast,

Can you share the sales person name, I'm looking for similar spec and your quote seems good enough for me to just call the salesman to make purchase.

Thanks

Dave Cochran of West German BMW in Ft Washington PA is NOT doing $1000 over invoice.
Maybe he didn't like me :-(

No to hijack but you bought the RR over the X5? Tell me what the overriding reason was...please!

One's ability to negotiate a deal is largely dependent on your particular dealers allocations. If you are in a major metro area at dealerships with large allocations and close by competition they can make great deals and just grind their profits out at just above invoice, but in smaller areas with no other dealerships within 3 hours and allocations that pre-sell quickly you can expect to pay close to sticker with a loyalty discount. With the popularity and scarcity of unsold X5's on the lots I'm pretty surprised at some of the deals I am hearing about.

Hi..

I am trying to buy an 2014 X5 in the DC Area? Which dealership gives out the best deals? Any pointers? Also, how do i find out the Invoice Price on what i built. The MSRP is $63,000 for what i built. What would be a good On Road Price..Any suggestions? What should be my Ballpark for saying Yes to a dealer...Thanks...

Thanks.....

A Great CA and an Excellent agency

Had a real positive experience with Scott Smith at Flemington BMW in Flemington N.J

I informed him upfront that I was looking for an aggressive deal and it appears that my timing was good-3 conversations later and I will be expecting my 2014 X-5 in May.

Definitely worth contacting Scott Smith at 908-788-2691 tell him Joel referred you,so he'll have an idea of what you are " looking for "
Best of luck

Any suggestions in the Atlanta area?
I have spoken or contacted a few, but some are saying full MSRP and no USAA discount, even though I have a "certificate" indicating otherwise.
Very few are on the lots, and seem to sell as soon as they arrive, so I understand their position.
But I am in no rush, other than I have made my decision and am ready to order...

I just placed an order for a 2014 F15 X5 on Monday 3/3/14, which I will be leasing. The vehicle listed for $73,950. (http://www.bmwusa.com/standard/conte...modelcode=14XI) My local BMW dealer gave me $2,300 off MSRP plus $355 worth of rubber mats thrown in. I submitted financials the end of February locking in the February's "Drive Off" $500 credit from BMW & I expect an additional $500 from BMW as a BMWCCA member. In addition the dealer did not tack on their allowed, additional $200 to the lease "Aquisition fee." All in all, I feel I did well with the $3,655 off list in dealer consideration & BMW program monies.

X5 is $1000 from BMWCCA. My deal is $3500 off $63950 MSRP. I'll finance elsewhere as BMW rates are higher than banks/credit unions.

If you are a costco member you can get good prices. I ordered my 2014 BMW X5 35D that had an MRSP of 72,200 and I payed 68,000. Which is 1,500 over there invoice price.

My X5 arrived today at the dealership, but before I come in to sign the papers, was wondering if anyone who locked in rates/deals in February was able to get the $500 Drive Credit with a March signing?
