Unhappy brake fade

my brakes go to the floor when the motor is running, have replaced master cylinder twice have replaced power booster still have air bubbles in power steering resovoir when pumping the brake pedal while the motor is stopped. please help.

Check the front four bolts on your power steering pump. They tend to loosen enough to let a little air in which will cause your symptoms.

I had a similar problem on my 528e (which does not combine the brake reservoir with the PS system). Tightening the bolts stopped the leak and subsequent belt comtamination that occured from it. Its an easy and inexpensive fix!
