19" Staggered Wheels: Fender flares? Other?

My 2011 X3 does not have the sport package or M package; it has standard 18" wheels. For winter, I picked up a set of snow tires (Bridgestone LM60s) on aftermarket wheels. For summer, I'm contemplating picking up a set of staggered 19s--potentially even the stock setup with staggered wheels.

On my last BMW (an X5), if you went to the staggered setup, you had to install wider fender flares in the rear (or the tires would noticeably stick out). Is there anything like that on the X3, or are the flares not an issue?

Anyone know of a good source for stock takeoff 19" wheels (in the staggered sizes)?

On the stock 19" staggered setup, the rear wheels are a bit wider too, aren't they? Is the backspacing the same?

I searched and didn't find the answers on these. If the answers are already here somewhere, my apologies (and please point me in the right direction).

I'm curious to know as well. The M Sport package on the X3 has subtly wider flares but I don't think even the accessory staggered 19s and 20s are that aggressive.

I have yet to see a standard X3 with staggered wheels. I am also looking into 20s next summer (along with a mild drop)
