How about lowering it? I wonder if that compromises anything?
Thanks for the Welcome!
Your ZL-1 sounds sweet (with 730 rwhp). Personally I have never been a fan of GM vehicles. But give credit to them for offering performance vehicles at a reasonable price point. To even offer a track focused vehicle such as the Z28, incredible.

Regarding improvement on the handling for your M3, in my opinion, the handling is already optimized for street and some track duty. However if your focus is to take it to the track and compete, well improvements can be made. There are several members who routinely track their M3's and would be in a better position (from experience) to offer advice. Otherwise search the numerous posts.

Once again, welcome to the forum!

It was a bit of dry humor directed toward M-rated. Yes, I still have my M (which is in winter hibernation). Hopefully I'll be driving it again come mid March to early April. I might be making some minor modifications prior to C2C6.

"Troll", not sure if you are kidding or if your statement was with intent. If the latter, perhaps you should read the posts more thoroughly as well as look at my sig (picture is worth 1k words). If in good humor, my apologies for the prior statement and continue to enjoy your M3.

Most excellent news (dry humor and planned mods). Looking forward to reading about the mods, later in the year, and of course seeing you both at C2C6.

The ZL-1 is shocking and a true 10 second car....but I gotta tell you I am beside myself with my new toy (M.)
I plan on searching a lot to make mine extraordinary! Thank you for the Welcome!

Welcome to the world of ///M...........nice find on the LR. Now find the stock hood and trunk and mod it in other ways. Not a fan of the CF hood and trunk as it draws attention away from the great lines on the car............Phil

i like that CF look. It extends from from front to back on top. It must be a little lighter, no? I am searching for a E90 myself. That's all the wife will allow! Welcome!

Not sure what options, color combos and price range you are looking at but Tulley and BMW of Stratham have a E90 M3 in their inventory.

Thinking of switching out the M3 wheel for a matte black 3 piece HRE Wheel, thoughts?

I think I saw that one. Blue? I have a dilemma. I'm waiting for a 2004 corvette that was my fathers. It may come to me in a month or a year. I just don't know. I have a loving stepmother who is having difficulty parting with it. I have been patient with her, and I think she is finally ready to give it to me. So, I am always kind of looking, but can't commit to anything until I have the vette.

Put a wrap on that hood. If you don't like it, you can always take it off!
