Starting Issues - 2007 328i BMW

I am experiencing starting issues after replacing my starter my self a couple weeks ago, it was running like a charm and then a couple days ago it wouldn't start.

So far I've done:
•Tested New Starter - OK
•Tested Battery - OK
•Charged Battery Too Full Life

I also have a video on YouTube going over the problem, you can hear the car trying to start but it doesn't engage.

Look up on YouTube:

Thank you!
