My front right headlight was bumped and now their is a maintenance light that comes on the dashboard for the light leveler. Has anyone dealt with this before?

That's for adaptive headlights.

Did the light come on right after the accident?

Or after a rainfall/snow/wash?

Yes, the light came on immediately after the light was bumped.

Is the headlight still intact? The lens didn't shatter?

Normally it's the module that sits under the headlight housing but the wiring harness may have been damaged if it was hit
