Anyone change a Hydro Bearing?

While I was rolling around under my car (pulling out the alternator bracket) I noticed my hydrobearing on the driver's side is shot. Looks like a pretty straight-forward repair. With the car suspended & the tire off, doesn't appear to be holding any weight.

It also looks like it may need to be pressed in.

Still can't tell if it would be too difficult to just change the bearing. Hate to think I have to change the whole tension arm.

Anyone?

The rubber mounts can be replaced one time on the existing tension struts. I did this on mine about a year ago (one side was almost torn completely through).

What does, "Tightening torque 31 12 19AZ" mean?

It's a reference to the torque spec info. I've attached it for you.
