Anyone figure out how to get past this error. I have tried all afternoon to download the e60.rar. I get as high as 90% and it just dies. I have tried have a dozen times. I have 50MB FiOS internet connection and it still craps out on me. This download service blows.

No, 52.3 is, but there were no Exx I-Level updates in 52.3, nor 52.2, nor 52.1, which makes 52.0 current.

Hey there, working on downloading the e70 daten file....Any idea why it is 3.79 GB? Seems exponentially larger that any other chassis. Good lord!

I'm trying to get myself up and running on this coding stuff, and having a hell of a time. I'm generally good with computers and stuff too! I feel like I may have gotten bad copies of the BMW Standard Tools 2.12 or whatever.

That is correct. E70 Daten is second biggest with only to E89 Daten being bigger.

I'm having some troubles. When I open INPA or whatever and have it hooked into the car it is showing it is getting a signal by turning the battery dot and whatever the other one is black, but it doesn't seem to be pulling any information. When I go under the E70 tab my engine code isn't listed (N55, it's a 2011 E70 X5 35i xdrive).

Is it normal to hear noises coming from the engine when the computer is plugged in and the engine not running? I'm hearing some clicking and humming without even doing anything with the software.

What the hell am I doing wrong? I've followed all the directions importing Daten, downloading and extracting all the other stuff to get the software setup. I'm normally good at this stuff and getting extremely frustrated.

Does anyone have links or anything to proven working software with the most up-to-date daten to use with my car? I'm about to nuke everything on the computer and start over since it seems like everything is so conflicting and people have Frankenstein'd together so many different versions.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. All I want is to be able to open and close the tailgate from the interior button, mirrors fold when the car is locked, and maybe not have to turn the fog lights on every time the ignition is flipped. That's it! haha

Shawn could you please shoot me a link to the most current E70 daten? I'm not positive what I have is the newest and working correctly. Been having quite a bit of trouble getting my setup to do anything other than show that it's reading the battery and what not. It won't pull any info off the car at all. :(
