Fixing the Jimmy Carter bumpers

I used to have a blog on doing the bumper tuck on the black accordion sides on 1974 bumpers. How do you cut, tuck, and what glue or adhesive do you use? Already drilled and pushed in just dealing with side rubber pieces.

I'd use black silicone adhesive or rubber cement. Clean the surfaces well and sand them a bit to roughen them so that the glue has a nice surface to which it can adhere.
