Any experience with The Warranty Group?

After endless searches on warranty I decided to buy a "bmw" powertrain warranty (3/36k) at BMW of Alexandria and found the administrator to actually be The Warranty Group based out of Chicago. I'm having buyer's remorse over the warranty purchase and I still have a week to get a full refund. I figured I could use the 2.5k to do more preventative and DIY maintenance if I'm no longer under the obligations of the warranty. However, at the same time, I was surprised by the fact that this (attached) was "all" the maintenance history BMW had for my vehicle knowing that it was a lease.

Oh and for the record, I only plan on keeping the car for 3 years. Currently sitting at 53k, but I will probably be at around 90k when it comes time to sell the car.
I understand there are probably similar past posts, but I'd like some opinions on my particular car.
Sorry for the potato, the dealer "wasn't allowed" to provide me a copy.

Way too much. Get your money back. I got a "bumper-to-bumper" contract backed by Tier One Warranty www.tieronewarranty.com based in Houston for $2,400 when I bought my car with a little over 51k miles. The contract was 60 months, 72,000 miles from inception.

Unless I am reading something wrong they did the first Oil change at 19K miles and the second at almost 40?

way too long for oil change unless the car hold about 10 gallons of oil

looks to me a lack of maintenance

Can I ask how you got that warranty? I understand their policies cannot be bought from individuals.

I was thinking the same thing with oil changes. First oil change wasn't done for almost year and a half.

Try to get some type of extended warranty with better coverage.
