Alpina, ever seen one?

Just curious...Anyone ever catch a glimpse of a Alpina B3 around, here in the US that is? I've seen a few B7s though a rarity but never a B3. I'm pretty sure there are no dealerships here as my searches all seem to come up in European locations.

The B3 is not imported to the US and there are no plans to do so. Likely neither BMW nor Alpina are willing to shoulder the huge cost of emissions- and crash-certification given the miniscule sales they could expect.

(I saw an Alpina or two when I was last in Germany...older models IIRC. I want one anyway. )

Very sweet mods for sure! If I ever see that B7 around again, he had VA state plates, I gotta flag that guy down and say hello.
