Mein Auto: BMW e92 325i
E92 325i running in 5 cylinders, nobody knows the cause

Hello,

I'm new to the forum and I want to ask here about my e92 problems because nobody could help me till now. I did some changes to my car a BMW e92 325i N52B25A engine, I installed a supercharger kit without a proper ECU software to be precisely, this was the starting point of all problems.
First error codes that appeared:
2D5A - Monitoring engine torque limiting at 2800 RPM
29CE - (P0302) Combustion misfire cylinder 2 with fuel shutoff (other cylinders also)
2C7C - (P0159) Oxygen sensor after catalytic converter 2 (bank 2)
2C7B - (P0139) Oxygen sensor after catalytic converter (bank 1)
2D06 - (P1424) Air-mass system - Measured value HFM too high

I found a person here that could do the custom ecu software on a dyno but he wouldn't start not before the problem that I have permanent misfire on cylinder 4 (P0304) will be gone; also the error 2C7B disappeared or maybe it wasn't caught by the diagnosis program.
Compression is good I think from 12.5 to 9.1(don't know if it was measured in a very professional way), the smallest value is on cylinder 4 with the misfire. I changed the spark plugs(used denso iridium power), nothing happened. I interchanged the induction coil from cylinder 3 to cylinder 4 and still the misfire happens on cylinder 4.

I don't know what to do now and I still hope it isn't a big problem like piston, valves, injector. Please help me with some advice what should I do next.

Thank you,
