2015 BMW F80 M3 and F82 M4 Ordering Guide

About the F80 M3 and F82 M4
The all-new BMW M3 Sedan and first-ever BMW M4 Coupe are examples of the legendary BMW M engineering which emphasizes a synthesis of motorsport technology with unrestricted daily driving versatility. World-class engine and powertrain technologies, along with intelligent lightweight vehicle construction through extensive use of exotic construction materials, add to the intensity of the M feeling and driving experience. The extensive weight-reduction efforts of the BMW M engineers should not be under looked. The new BMW M3 and BMW M4 are the first BMW M cars to see a reduction in curb weight from one generation to the next. Both models are equipped with an all-new 3.0-liter inline-6 engine with M TwinPower Turbo technology and increased performance levels that distinguish them from previous generations of the M3 family, delivering 425 horsepower and 406 lb-ft of torque. Both the M3 Sedan and M4 Coupe accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 3.9 seconds when equipped with the optional M-DCT transmission. By setting new segment standards in terms of dynamics, agility, precise handling and emotional design, the new BMW M3 Sedan and BMW M4 Coupe have set the benchmark for the high-performance segment created by the M3 many years ago.

They probably have to revert to steel to make the moonroof work.

Yes, a lease, of the M4, and a terribly upside down trade.

Here is the deal I am getting.

Black Sapphire Metalic on Sakhir Orange (not full extended leather though)
6Sp MT
Executive Package
Adaptive M Suspension
19" Black Wheels
CF Interior
HK Sound
Black Kidney Grills ($410)
CF Mirror Caps ($950)
Destination Charge ($950)

Total MSRP $74235.00

-$3000 MRSP from Dealer
-$1000 Holiday Credit from BMW Corp

So total $70,235.00 before tax and license/registration.

What do you guys think?

I also may qualify for a 1.74% 60 month Loan as well.

Pretty good. Taxes will get you to 75000. I have the DCT which adds 3000 to the price...and you have the grill and cap mods with the m suspension. I would say with a 1.74 loan and a decent amount down, you have a good deal.

Production delayed 7 weeks on F82

Newbie on the forum. Ordered an F82 in mid October, was told I would be driving by early Jan and now they moved the production date to the third week in Jan. Puts delivery sometime in February ??. Anybody know the approximate date from Production start to arrival at dealer? 7 week production delay seems extreme. Do they typically state a longer delay than is needed? Thanks.

I purchased mine September 15 and received it November 15th. You can expect 1-2 weeks to process your order. 1-2 weeks to make the car. Then 4-6 weeks for it to ship on a boat from Germany to the port in the city you leave. 1 week to process and ensure the car is perfect. Then 3-4 days to the dealership.

In your shoes here. I ordered mine Nov 1st and when i called its not entering production til january 25th. I think it depends on what you ordered and whats going on. I was hoping to drive mine off by christmas or new years time.

I ordered a mineral white with SO interior, executive, light, and drivers assist packages, dct, HK system, and upgraded the wheels as well. :-/
