Advice on Buying a 2011 335xi

I am looking at buying a used 335xi with the M package, 38k miles, CPO (thru June 2016) for $33,200. The original MSRP was $55k so I've been told. Is this a fair deal? Kelley Blue Book says it's fair and so does TrueCar but would love to get the gang's thoughts?

Also, do you think we need a maintenance package? It costs $2k to extend it to June 2016. Hardly seems worth it but let me know what you think?

BMW also has 1.9% for 60 mos on used cars which is nice.

It's a 6-speed manual - almost left out the best part!!!

Does it include Navigation, premium sound, Comfort Access, Cold Weather package? If it does I think that's a great deal considering it's hard to find one with a manual transmission. You may want to get it soon as those don't stay on the lot very long!

It does have Navigation, HK sound, and Cold Weather package but I don't know what Comfort Access is?

Also, does the Cold Weather package come with a heated steering wheel? Or is that something different as well?

The Comfort Access package includes keyless ignition start and allowing you to lock/unlock doors with the key fob in your pocket. I also believe it includes a car alarm (it's not a standard feature of the 335). The Cold Weather package does includes a heated steering wheel on non-M Sport packages...but not sure if it's heated for the M Sport steering wheel.
