Looking for a fair price for a 2011 328i for CPO

I live in SF Bay Area. I want to buy a 2011 328i on CPO, with the Premium package and iDrive installed. Any vehicle below 35k miles is preferred. How much would be a reasonable price for it? I see that most dealers ask around $25k to $26k on their websites. I went to Stevens Creek BMW, and the salesperson told the same price. Is this a fair price, or should I negotiate more with them? Since I'm new to the country, I'm worried I might pay more without knowledge. Please help.

For units they wish to draw shoppers by advertising Stevens Creek BMW seems a bit more aggressive (good for buyer) on price than other dealers in SF Bay area. But overall they pretty closely adhere to the same CPO pricing as everyone else.

I just purchased a 2011 328i Xdrive sedan CPO last week. Sport Package, Nav, Harmon Kardon, fold-down rear seat, premium package, value package, 6spd manual with 27,950 miles. New car warrantee valid till 12/2015 and CPO warrantee good till 12/2017. I got them down to $27,000. BMW is paying my first two payments too! Car is in new condition. Check out auto trader too.
