Value of 2003 X5

I have a 2003 X5 3.0L that I just replaced the transfer case on and put new tires on. About a 500 miles afterward the repair my transmission went out. Is it worth fixing? Frankly I'm tired of all the repairs on this thing. If not, what do you think I could sell this for, as is? 130K miles.

I am in a similar situation at the moment, Only had the car for the last four months and have had New head Unit (other one completely died) Work done on the Locking system, Transmission issues beyond belief, I have put the car on the market but am really struggling with it being on the market because I love it but have been told that the transmission on the car will cost in the area of 10k Australian Dollars.
