Check your 02 sensors real time data. A bad one can easily cause idle issues.

Check your anti-freeze level, check iy cold before you start the engine, at cold the stick in the expansion tank should be up in the air, starting an engine cold and idles at 600 rpm is not right, cold it should idle at around a 1000rpm and tapper down to about 600 when warm, so the engine thinks it's hot at cold start, so it's not getting enough fuel, so thats why it cycles......so if the antifreeze level is ok, check with a monitor to see what the coolant temp sensor is at cold before starting the engine or use the options in the dash to see what the temp is at with key on.......

Put a can of seafoam ($10) in the tank and fill it up with gas.

Have the codes read first. I bet you'll see a P0174 code. Replace upper and lower air hoses.

Visually in good shape. I bet at that mileage they leak.

OP, pull the codes before you go any further.
