Finally got an E93 my coupe/convertible favorite

Hello everyone,

Just wanted to introduce the newest addition, a 2010 328i in Monaco Blue/Saddle Brown. I've had four door cars and trucks since 2000, when I sold my 95 300ZX. I can't tell you how enjoyable it is to have a coupe which turns into a convertible like the E93! Been taking advantage of beautiful weather this past couple of weekends with the top down. Had no idea what I've been missing...

Nice to be on this forum again. Haven't been here since I sold my beloved E90 330i.

Congrats on the new acquisition and welcome to the Cabrio club. Yes, right now is almost perfect top down weather in Texas. We are getting hit really hard with pollen in Houston, so get ready to go top up for a couple of weeks even though you really want to run top down. Once the pollen clears it is prime top down time until those 97 days start to hit in June. Enjoy!

Thank you, I can't believe how addictive this car is. I know we only get limited number of days to put the top down in Texas, but it's definitely worth it. Remember, Allegra in AM and you're impervious to pollen all day.

Me, yes - The interior of my E93 not so much!

Our summer days are limited, but just remember if you can get through from July to September, we get top down time all they way into November and quite a few days in December and even January. I'll trade the hottest three months for the other nine any day!

Absolutely right! BTW, I love your car so much, I looked for that color everywhere up here.
Unfortunately, on the couple I found, the interior colors were not to my liking and the deal on this one was too good to pass up.

Thanks! But I came very close to ordering mine with your color combination. I thought long and hard about Monaco Blue, and while I love my Space Gray over Saddle, every time I see Monaco Blue over Saddle it gets a second look.

Thanks everyone. I've got my supplies on order to take care of my origami top. Hope this one is as reliable as my other bimmers.
Just can't get enough of BMW's', they are more addictive than nicotine.

It's a beautiful day in California! Blue sky....low 70's....top down.

So there I was on Rt 37, headed for Vallejo when Fri afternoon traffic put a big, big hold on making my destination on time. Screwed!

Or....was I? Forced to turn back, had nothing better to do than take a ride in West Marin, maybe dinner on the coast? Arrrrrrrrr matey!

Wow what a coincidence, it's 72 in Dallas and all I saw on the road today was convertibles with the top down. I'm off till next Thursday so everyday is going to be a great excuse to go cruising with the top down.

Congrats and welcome to the E93 club! Like others, I really dig your color combo. Nothing quite like top down cruising.
