Cosmetic issues… warranty coverage?

My 2011 e90 is about to go out of warranty and there are a number of things I am curious if you guys think the warranty will cover. Yes, I know the simple thing is to ask the dealer, but I wanted some ammunition in case they deny warranty coverage. I also want to get a feel of the experience others have had with their dealers. The images that are attached show the issues - HVAC buttons are peeling, Start/Stop button trim is peeling, and the back seat leather stitching is coming apart.

Anything else I should look for before warranty expires? I think I’m going to have a local independent shop give the car a look over if there is anything mechanical I’ve missed.

Any thoughts are appreciated. Thanks!

my opinion is they should replace the fan module and the start stop button, the coating should not rub off,
stupid question but do you have long fingernails? could be the reason you are scraping the coating off

as far as the seam its loose but not torn

I'm In the same situation. Except mine isn't a place that is touched. The silver paint is bubbling on the iDrive controller.

Pics are here.

I'm going to ask my dealer the next time I go. I've read threads about people who have had this kind of stuff replaced.
