Yearly maintenance

Hi all! =)

I understand that I have to change engine oil annually regardless of how many miles I drove.
And break fluid flush needs to be done every 2 years?
Filter needs to be changed along with oil change yearly?
And break pad and sensors for both front and rare needs to be done how often?
And is there anything else I need to follow up each year?

O, and my driver side low beam keeps failing on and off, why is that?
I am about to make an appointment with bmw service and I would like some information before I walk in, so I can understand what they are talking about.

Mine is 2007 and is 34000miles, I rarely drive.
Thank you in advance, you guys are so awesome! =)

Find and independent shop not a dealership.

Find and independent BMW shop not a dealership.
It will cost you a lot less especially in LA.

If you are interested in a detailed old school schedule
google Mike Miller BMW and download that schedule.
He is doing things at about twice what the average guy used
to do but its good guideline.

Mostly its oil yearly(and the oil filter is always changed with it)
but other fluids should be changed if
you want the car in pristine condition just not yearly.
Radiator , Brake , differential and transmission fluid(60k for an auto) .
Air Filters should be checked and/or changed yearly or biannually
i think. If they have never been done its probably a good idea
to do them.

If you are not heavy on the brakes they can easily go to 75 k miles.
