BMW euro to US conversion

I'm in the Maryland area and will like to know if there is any certified Euro to US conversion house in the area. I have 2 BMW, a 525i and a 520i, 1991. they are in Europe and I will like to know what I have to do to bring the to US and what is the process to convert them, and of course and estimate $.

The short answer is that the cost to convert them is far more than they're worth.

...or wait until they are 15 years old and import them as antique cars. If they were manufactured in 1990, then you could do it next year. Just a thought.
