335 convertible rear window seal

was cleaning my 2007 335 convertible, the rear window has a rubber gasket on the lower edge of the window its like about 1/4 inch wide, it doesnt make the window to body seal just a rubber lip, it appears its glued to the window and mine has come loose an area about 3 to 4 inches long, any idea how to reattach?

thanks

Post a picture. If you're talking about the metal trim, you'll need to pull out the seal, then install the trim, then re-install the assembly.

However, removing the seal almost always damages them. So you may want to have a spare on hand.

yes I will have to post a pic, its not the metal seal, where the rear window bottom meets the trunk deck, there is a small rubber strip that appears that is glued to the underside of the rear window, thats the part I am talking about
