Catless Downpipes and ECU Tune // Looking For Suggestions & Input

I picked up a 2013 BMW M6 F12 and it had an Eisenmann (axle back) Race exhaust installed -- free upgrade!

I am interested in an ECU tune and catless downpipes (at once) but I have some questions for you guys.

1) Which ECU tune is the best bang for the buck on the F12 while maintaining the warranty?
2) Can any ECU tune or coding remove the Check Engine Light if I install the catless downpipes? Or is there a Sim that I can screw into the bung after the cat that will simulate the sensor being there and operating correctly?

Any help, numbers (hp/tq), etc. would be appreciated. Thanks guys!
