Cracked side view mirror

I am so very sad, that the cold winter cracked my mirror, they want 400 to fix it, not to mention the lighter fuse keeps burning out, and I cannot use my garmin.

Google the part, you should be able to find a used or new one at a much lower price. Good luck.

That seems like a lot more than you should have to pay. If it's just the mirror glass that cracked, replacing it is an easy DIY task as the glass just snaps in place. I just took a quick look on, which is usually my starting point, and it looks like the auto-dim mirror glass runs 50-60 buck, or less than $20 if you just need the basic heated glass.
