Highmileage 2009 328i Coupe.. What could I expect?

I am eyeing a 2009 328i Coupe at our Local Lexus dealer for $14K... Has 117K and good dealer service history... I know its about due for all the fluid changes, but what issues can I expect at that age? I wanna be able to drive it another 120K or so, if feesable. I primarily have had Mercedes, so I am familiar with them, but not much BMW wise

I'm over 90k on my 2009. I don't know that you'll have much in the way of problems. I don't know anything about the auto tranny. There's a recall on the battery cable. You'll probably want a balance and an alignment. Honestly... no big issues that I know of.
