e92 Tires, larger tire for less wear?

Hey guys, So I have to switch off the 18" winters onto the 19" summers.

The rims are the stock 19" m3 rims. 245/35/19, 265/35/19

The summers have inner wear I'm presuming from the negative camber. A guy recommended I go up to 255/35/19 and 285/35/19 to reduce this. I see on the forums this is an acceptable size for this tire on this car.

Being honest, I frankly have no clue, will effect anything else, or actually help the tire wear. If it doesn't help the tire wear, not sure why anyone would do it as it effects speedometer etc?

I don't go on the track, it's a daily driver, I do drive aggressively ..abit. But generally within legal limits, do go up to the upper rpms.

Of note, While tire shopping, the larger tire size also gives me the option to buy BF Goodrich g-force sport comp 2 instead of Michelin Super Sports.. which saves $475.

I'm probably selling the car in a year or two to upgrade, so bit curious on how much of a difference the two tires make. (Read lots of reviews, most people on bmw forums just say MSS, but nobody runs on them to compare between the two)

1) Is it recommended to go up a tire size or so to reduce wear?

2) Anyone having used both the Comp 2 and the Super Sports have some comparison input?
