325es Differential Swap
Supposedly, my manual 87' 325es came with an LSD. However, it makes a fairly loud winding sound when I get it up to revs and it seems that only one wheel wants to spin in certain instances.
Some of you might already be familiar with my previous thread regarding potential problems and solutions with the LSD but I've also been thinking of swapping it out completely.
Do you guys think it's a good a idea to swap it with either it's existing 2.93 ratio or should I upgrade to something like a 3.25?
If I where to go the route of a 3.25, how much more work would that be than putting in a regular 2.93? What other things would I need to modify if I were to install it?
