door locks will not unlock with remote

2008 328i
History: (not sure if there any relation to the problem)
Replaced driving light bulbs.
I left the lights in the (ON) position Overnight. Car started fine the next morning.

PROBLEM. Next morning:
-Remote or inside main switch will lock all doors but the passenger front door.
-Remote or inside main switch will not unlock any of the doors.

One of the door lock (15 amp) fuses was blown:
- I replaced with a 20 amp
- As soon as I pressed the remote the fuse blew again.

I need help with the diagnosis:
? Can a bad actuator cause the fuse to blow?
? Since the the front passenger door will not lock or unlock, does that mean this could be the problem actuator?
How to diagnose a bad actuator?
Thank you.

Yes.
Probably.
Apply 12v manually, that's about it. If it works, you have a short somewhere along the harness. If it doesn't, it's the regulator.

Sounds like your front passenger door lock actuator is bad
