recommended spark plug??

planning on changing the plugs next weekend. anyone have a good choice.

OEM ONLY! You can buy them wherever, but don't try anything but NGK (IIRC).

The Bosch plug can be bought at the auto stores for about 1/2 of the dealer charge.

Yup, and they're identical to what BMW would install except that they don't say BMW on them.
OP, make certain that you get the recommended Bosch plugs, not Autolite or Champion or AC Delco, etc. They supposedly are the same but I have found that they are not comparable.
If you are offered two different Bosch plugs, get the more expensive of the two, those will be the right ones. Don't cheap out!
