What do you think?!

Hey guys I am thinking of buying my first M3 and I want to know your advise. Like what all will I need to look for when buying and when I buy what I need to replace. Also what do you think about buying a 97 sedan new radiator, drive shaft and paint job. It is a 5 speed and he wants 5900

With any of the E36...or any car for that matter....find a dealer, or independent BMW service center that will do a pre-purchase inspection. The $75-$100 that it will cost you, will more than make up for itself in keeping you from buying something that is going to grenade on you. If the car has any issues that need immediate action, use it in your bargaining. If the owner or dealer will not agree to allow you to have it inspected then you save both your money, and the headache of a car that is not as advertised by walking away.

Just my $.02
