Question Replacing subwoofers in BMW 320i

Hello there.

My dad got an BMW 320i (09' model), and the bass in it, good but could be better.
How do you replace these? i think about these under the seats.

Im probably going to Germany to update the navigation software and install cruisecontrol (why? because it's much cheaper in Germany than Norway.) Do you think a BMW authorized workshop will replace them for us if wanted?

Have a nice day/night.

Are you sure you even have subs?

320 is kind of a base model with a few convenience features stripped to keep cost down.

If you have the base audio system, there are no subs under the seats. If you have the HiFi or L7 system, you can look into the SWS-8 speakers. They are almost a 100% fit. You need a spacer that can be easily obtained online. Be careful when choosing impedance, there is a 2ohm and 4 ohm version. The impedance you need will depend on how you drive the speakers and if the amp is stable at that impedance.

It is very important to know which BMW stereo you are starting
out with because the solutions are different for each system.

Non of the BMW amps have enough power to run after market under seats

If you have the base system no amp this is one of the better kits in Europe.
