Yellow and red transmission faults

I am having issues with the yellow and red transmission faults coming on and then back off randomly, it says limited gear selection and reduced power but everything functions like it should, sometimes they will come on as soon as I start the car up while I'm parked and in neutral... Any ideas??

The red cog is going on and off without any change in performance of the vehicle, what did you mean by the case of the red cog??

That usually means the clutch is going bad. Same thing happened to me. I kept driving it and blew out the sensors, messed up the flywheel which is 1760.00 by itself. And clutch and rest of parts around 1300.00 then it needs to be re programmed.
