What is the best way to make my E36 M3 faster without turbo/supercharger

I have a 1999 BMW M3 that I am trying to get more acceleration out of. I already have an aftermarket intake/filter, and a UUC Corsa exhaust. What is the best way to drop some major time off of my 0-60?

...Perhaps fine tuning driving skills and proper execution of shifts with functioning clutch that provides crisp breakover..

Or, a m50 manifold swap? chip? cams? asc delete? FDM? LTW Flywheel?
and there is always lightening your car..

It depends on what YOU want..
