Car guy help - Caliper paint color

Ok so I have a 2011 328 Coupe that's vermillion red. I thought I would dress it up a little and paint the calipers and I'm assuming yellow would be the preferred color. After all, I want to be able to see them. Since the car is more of a burgundy/cinnamon metallic as opposed to a race red, I thought I would get some car guy opinions before tackling the paint.

Yellow?
Different color?
Waste of time?

Thx

I know this is not vermillion red but it's close enough to get an idea of what it would look like.

I don't think I would like yellow on your particular color, nor do I like it on the color above. I think you are right in thinking yellow is probably the most common color, but honestly I can't think of a color off the top of my head that would go well with Vermilion Red. Whatever you end up with, I'd like to see it when it is done.

Hmm.....I think that looks pretty good since I can't think of another color. Curious as to what color that is. The car appears orange and the caliper gold.

Have you considered black? It's subtle, and looks really sharp. Keeps everything nice and clean looking, too.

Dude! If you want to be noticed, you'll use day-glo. There's really no other way to go.

Yes, a high gloss black would be my choice and I have a Vermillion Red E93.
