X 1 Rear Tail Lights

Does anybody know where I can purchase a set of semi clear tail lenses, so that I can have the amber directional tail lights versus the current red lenses that are equipped on there now. Having an all red lenses is great for style, however I would prefer the amber yellow or clear lens so that drivers know exactly when I'm making a turn. European vehicles are known to be equipped that way for safety.

I'm in complete agreement about the amber signals...here's what I did.

Europe is your best source.

Best price - eBay - there are sellers that sell Euro lamp assemblies. That's where I got my past 328 & 335 amber turn lights….. Avoid the Asian knockoffs - the quality & wiring is horrendous!

Or if you want new, contact a UK or German BMW dealer for shipment - price depends on the Euro vs Pound Sterling vs US Dollar…....

There might be a US BMW dealer that may order them for you but expect to pay a lot!

3rd party US online stores selling them - try Amazon, Euroactive, ECS

Find someone who is willing to ship to the US (not many):

http://www.ebay.de/sch/i.html?_odkw=...uchte&_sacat=0

That's how I got the taillights for my mother's E90. eBay.de + German language skills.
