Leaking coolant issue please help!

What's up guys, so I have a 2008 335xi. The car is leaking coolant from somewhere, once I get the car up to temp is when it starts but then if I turn it off the rest continues to leak out. Where I get confused is, what's coming out of the bottom of the car isn't thick coolant it's watery. I can't imagine it's anything like a head gasket as I check the coolant level after driving and it doesn't drop much, it's once it's parked that its all going somewhere. Has anyone had this issue? My initial guess is the water pump and if that's the case anyone have a ball park on what I'm going to pay? Any insight and hope is much appreciated!

Coolant isn't suppose to be thick.

It's feels like soapy water if you rub it between your fingers.

Check all the hoses, Oil Filter Housing Gasket area, etc

That's what is coming out and it happens over night after the car was run it leaks out and that's that. What are the chances it's something on the cheaper end of the spectrum?

Is it possible that it is leaking when you're driving and you only see it after because it has to fill up the under body panels before making its way to the concrete? My 2007 328i had a minor leak from the radiator outlet. I would only notice some on the street after a long drive. Check your hoses and connections as stated above. Also, I may be wrong on this but I know they make a dye that can be seen under black light to check for oil leaks... I think they also make it for the cooling system.

Since I first noticed it, I re filled the coolant and drove it one time only drove it for maybe 10 mins to get it up to temp, parked it and haven't driven it since. Which is why I know it's happening mainly when stationary
