320i leaking green fluid

Hi all,

I'm looking to buy an E90 320i. It is a Dec 2006 year model.

During the inspection, I drove the car up onto ramps and removed the entire engine plates underneath. Upon inspection I found an oil leak which comes from the top of the engine near near the oil filler cap. This one I think is the same issue as on the E46 as I found the sticky on the various leaks on the E46.

The one I am concerned about is the green fluid leak. As I am not familiar with the E90 at all, I took some photos which hopefully some clever folk on the forum can identify for me. There was quite a bit of the fluid captured by the splash plates on one side (left side) and engine oil on the right side.

Any help/clues much appreciated as the rest of the car is immaculate. If the leaks are simple fixes, then it would be a great buy.

Here are the photos.

I've found another clue which could lead to the coolant
"the dried coolant near the leak will leave a crusty white residue."

So it is possibly the expansion tank? Where can I find diagrams for the location of the expansion tank on the E90?

Edit: No doesn't look like the expansion tank. I just remembered that it was located on the left hand side of the engine bay, but the leak is on the center, low on the engine and to the right of the engine bay. There were no visible leaks when looking at the top of the engine. It can only be spotted from under the car.
