Tail lights unremarkable but the rest was surprisingly attractive. Not as small as expected, looks larger than Prius and far more agreeable. Hmmmmmm....

A-yessssss....this is an area where Wiley Brooks filled an auditorium with paying attendees to hear him speak on breathatarianism.

Your heard right. Breath - atarianism. Later that week had a spat with girl friend...she bummed - allowed to local reporters as how he couldn't pass a 7-11 without scorin' a 5th Avenue bar.

Yep, here in the land o'Prius and recumbency, i3 lives! Wait....I got a recumbent....

What did you think of the interior finish?

I saw one at a car meet a few weeks back but the interior trim panels look "unfinished." It looks like handlaid fiberglass painted black.

Dunno! Wasn't my ride; have not been in one or even laid eyes on i3 'til today. Gotta say, what I saw looked as good as other models quality-wise.

Pay attention to the interior trim next time you get a chance.

I don't know if the i3 I saw was still a prototype, but it looked very cheap and unfinished.

Last time I visited the dealership there were three in stock. I didn't pay much attention to the interior trim; noting only that one area was covered in bamboo.

One of our local BMWCCA members purchased one and drove it in the last club event.
When asked, the owner claimed that he likes it. Didn't get into details because I'm an internal combustion aficionado.

(Another member has an M4 on the way. )

Well thats just great... Now we will have the stereotype of being the pricks that blow by traffic in the left lane and the pricks that go 40 in the left lane.

I've seen I3 in person at my dealership, the vehicle is somewhat goofy looking. Until you look inside, it looks very comfortable and well-designed for drivers and passenger.

The i3 looks like garbage. Why do car manufacturers make their electrics/hybrids look so...funky? It's like since the car is innovative/green/high tech they feel the need to make it look like it's from some PopSci interpretation of the year 2114. The i3 looks like it's trying way, way too hard to be "futuristic," whatever the hell that means. I'd be much more inclined to buy an all-electric vehicle if it didn't look dorky as hell. The Fiskars Karma and Tesla Model S are excluded from this rant. Both of those cars make my no-no zone tingle.

I think it looks awful... but then I drove one. It was pretty impressive and the first electric vehicle I ever drove. It can REALLY giddy up....but certainly not my style.
