740li xdrive lease price good?

Hi guys. Got the following quote from a leasing company (not dealership) in NY on a 2014 740li xdrive, msport with 19", full nappa leather package, executive pkg, cold weather pkg, rear sunshades - $91,325 msrp. Details are as follows: 36 month lease, 12k miles per year, $0 out of pocket (literal sign and drive - taxes/first month payment/bank fee/dmv/etc all rolled into payments), $1036 per month. Even threw in oem winter mats. Sounds like a great deal to me. He said there weren't many 2014's left over. This particular one still is. Any thoughts?

I'd say its a little high, wait till the end of the month and contact a dealer directly (sponsor would be better). I don't understand why one would go through a leasing company, adding a middleman adds costs, no way around it.

For comparison's sake;

96k, 3k down, 36mo, 10k/year(30k total), 8% CA Tax (house in IE lower tax rate) is $987/mo with taxes included. I upped the mileage to 14k/year (42k total) and now I'm sitting at $1085.xx/mo. Edit: I recieved a Loyalty rebate (from my '12 F02), and it had IIRC a $3500 option buildout credit (rebate).

I got this deal back on 03/13 through Greg Poland (Pacific BMW) - who isnt returning my emails for some reason I'm ready to lease trade it, just want something faster(M5/M6).

Chris
