VANOS (variable camshaft timing) solenoids

Hello

I own a 2008 BMW 328xi. There is an engine light and the code shows that I need to replace the two VANOS (variable camshaft timing) solenoids. I am new to BMW, and I don't know much about car engineering. Can someone tell me how much should it cost to get this done, and what is the best way to go about it?

Thanks a lot,
Abdul

Not sure of the part cost off the top of my head. You can use realoem.com to look up part #s and then enter them into an online retailer....ECS Tuning, GetBMWParts, etc
