The Borg draws its first collective breath

.
The Matrix is born! There shall be Borg, and the world will be a very different place.

But here's the rub: With this direct-to-processor link, we need only think to have our conveyance glide up to us, open the door, and take us wherever. We will NOT drive! Whither BMW? Yo - have a look - they've already moved toward a sweeter ride / increasingly electronic human interface. The future is direct, and with that link Virtual Reality is grossly better than our lives now!

'Enthusiast' will acquire a new definition as automobile manufacturers become programming houses. What would you like to see and experience?

When can we expect the DCU (Driver Control Unit) computer to be included in the array of management modules in the BMW?

Lest anyone think the DCU permits the driver to control the car via thoughts, it actually is that the DCU controls the DRIVER and puts the driver into a vegetative state so that the MNU (Motor vehicle Navigation Unit) can navigate the car without distracting compulsive human behaviors (like tailgating or incessant lane changing, left lane roadhogging, and right lane speeding) having to be corrected all the time.
