Seems like exhaust is coming out of radiator

Seems like exhaust is coming out of radiator and white smoke out of exhaust what's the problem?

I don't see how a bad O2 sensor or a bad catalytic converter could cause exhaust smoke to come out of your radiator.

If you had a bad O2 sensor, you'd probably be getting codes. Have you had your codes read yet?

Also, extra smoke out of the exhaust can be caused by a failing/failed OSV (membrane torn).
