choosing new tires

hi everybody....i have a zhp and i am planing to get new tires in about a 1 week or 2.....i am debating on either getting the michelen ps, s0-3 or ps2.......i barely use my car in the week......maybe 100 miles or so......whatt i do use it is for the track or the aautocross events......does anybody now which is the best tire i can get for track, racing, autocross,ects.......i am not really worried about treadlife that much.....my last tires were the re040[which are the stock ones that came with the car.....they lasted a good 9500 miles but they sucked big time on the rain.....and i am sure i could get a better tire than that, especially for my purpose......can anybody suggest me which is my best choice..... at tirerack the sells man told me that the S- 03 were the softest but i would like to here it from someone else????

From what I have heard, the S-03s are pretty soft and tend to wear pretty fast,
The Michelin Pilot sports tend to wear from the center pretty fast from my experience..

Tirerack has about 15 million plus miles worth of reviews on the S0-3s :

Why not just get a second set of wheels for use and maybe stick with a less agressive tire for the road?
