Pressure in Spare Tire Donut?
I was looking at the donut spare in my E46 and I'm not sure what pressure to inflate to.
The tire itself says "Max 60 psi". But I just took my car in for Inspection I and I could swear they wrote on the Inspection worksheet that they set the pressure to 11 psi. Anyone know what pressure I should be running? Many thanks! CMOS

Sixty PSI is correct....since the *volume* of air is greatly reduced, the pressure must be higher (similar to my old racing bicycle tires....about the diameter of a garden hose, I used to run them at 115 PSI).

My manual says 61 psi- so yeah, basically 60 will work.
