Angry 7er series in USA and Europe

Hello.
In Lithuania and other European countries, BMW 7er series is considered as the most beautiful masterpiece, state of the art. Most people who own 7ers are very rich, educated and has a good taste. You barely see a person with sporty clothes driving a 7er here in Lithuania or everywhere in Europe. There are many other cars that are designed for younger people.
I have recently read a thread 'pimp my 7' and I saw that in USA 7er doesn't have a good image, because of people who put horrible spinners, bodykits, tv's on them. Wake up people. There are many more cars, for example Civics and other craps if you want to look like Obi Wan from Star Wars. 7er sieres sound system was designed for CLASSICAL music, not rap or other tasteless music. You can call me a snob, but the 7er was designed for people, who wear expensive suits, have good taste and are educated, not like such guys as Cosmo or Pimp. If I saw a 7er sieries with spinners or those metallic "22, it wouldn't stand here for more than 10 minutes, believe me.
Thank you for your patience.

I read this post and I am concerned about the lead levels in Lithuanian water. What do you call tasteless music? Any music that you do not like? You hit the nail in the head...you are indeed a legitimate snob (by the way, I do like classical music, as well as rap, salsa, jazz, hard rock, and loved to hear it all in my logic 7). What is your grudge? Just let people like what they like. I thought the soviets had scared all the Lithuanian educated people out of the country. Maybe it has not been too long since you have been freed from the mental and economical constraints of communism and do not know how to use your freedom of speech and show respect for other people in here.

I wouldn't call a Civic "craps".

I don't want to sound arrogant, but Americans are cowboys. We can do anything we want, including pimping the 7er. So, shove your European idea of what people should do with their cars up your behind.

When i began this tread I was a bit drunk and angry about what i read in thread about 7er tuning. Sorry about that.
But your thought that the soviets scared all the educated people out of Lithuania is making me angry again. That's not true. Lithuanians are one of the most wanted specialists in West Europe and even in the USA, I don't speak about education level, because it is one of the highest in Europe. While in other countries people live very good and are starting to vegetate, in Lithuania people are working very hard to make a better tomorrow. Of course, some of our people are doing shame for Lithuania, like mafia, which is known all over the world. Actually, I made my first money with illegal business, but I am trying to make a better tomorrow for me, my family and my country.
Yes, you can call me a snob. Maybe I was too drunk or too angry to express my opinion about music or something. I wrote that some of the music is tastelles, but it is tastelles FOR ME. Actually my friends know me for my tolerance and 'do what you like'. I can say again that I hate beautiful cars fitted with horrible spinners, rims, bodykits etc.
Sorry everyone, if I made you angry with this tread.

Do what you want.

Peace!

And one more thing. I made a big mistake when I began to tell people what I like and that other people are doing something wrong. I learned one thing in my life - never discuss about nationality, religion and taste, because these discussions almost everytime end with anger. Thank you and sorry again.

We all have our biases and prejudices.
Wow! Your first post shows a lot of ignorance and does not help your position or your case.
I think spinner wheels are absolutely atrocious myself, but I'm not going to knock someone for having them. To each his own.

If 7ers didn't have such horrible resale values, then maybe most poeople could afford it and have money leftover for other changes.

Is this the kind of tool a person in Lithuania "who wear expensive suits, have good taste and are educated" uses?

I can understand why there are so many bmw haters out there. It's attitude
like this that perpetuate it.

This isn't in Europe or the U.S., but this owner isn't thinking too highly of
your BMW 7 series.

Read paragraph 6 - even scarier....

It was not the first time a frustrated Chinese car owner used a strange stunt to get press coverage. In 2002, the owner of a faulty Mercedes-Benz car made headlines nationwide by arranging for several people to smash his luxury coupe with sledgehammers after he had the car repaired several times to no avail. Similar public foreign car flagellations occurred around the country shortly after.

Angry I HATE IT WHEN A BEAUTIFUL 7 SERIES GETS TURNED INTO A "PIMP RIDE"

I hate it when i see a beautiful 7 series turned into some kind of "pimp car" with 20" chrome rims, and other chrome upgrades. Especially in rap videos, those artists turn a "masterpiece" into a pile of rubbish. There should be some type of ban, preventing such modifications.
