Nav sound
You know there is a thin sound that comes from cheap speakers when there is no music. I have that sound in my 2005ci + nav, i have harmon kordon though. THat sound starts when I turn key to second stage and stays like that.It is clear that sound comes from speakers but I am tryin to find the source. I suspected this is nav related. I changed nav sound volume but it did not change , I turned on/off radio/cd and I still have that thin sound that distracts me. Any one encounter some thing like this?

I have NAV, Voice, & Phone, and I have this sound, too. I think it's the sound system/amp which are needed for the NAV instructions, Voice apps, and the phone, even though the radio is off. It stays on for about 2 mintues after I turn off the car and remove the key. When I upgraded the amps, the sound became a little louder - but it no longer annoys me.
