Persistent Squeaking Problem
Back in August my car would make a squeaking noise when I applied the breaks. I took it to the mechanic in August and had the brake pads replaced. The squeaking did not go away. I took the car back to the mechanic several months later however the mechanic could not find what was causing the squeaking. He supposedly looked at the bushings and other possible things that could squeak. Just yesterday I took the car back into the mechanic and replaced the 2 rear shocks because they said that might be causing the squeaking. This squeaking is driving me nuts! Anyone have any idea what it could be. If so could the problem be easily overlooked by a mechanic? Thanks a lot!
