Do people leave your door open?
Okay, i like to keep my office door closed while i'm at work so that i can avoid all the noise in neighboring offices. There's a full length glass panel so it's not like i'm hiding.
I really, really hate it when people come in to my office and then leave the door open when they leave. Don't they realize that if my door was closed to begin with that i want it that way when they leave? All i'm saying is that if you enter an office with a closed door, then close it on your way out. If it's open, then leave it open. Halfway, then halfway. Or at least ask if you want the door open or closed. Geez...

Office door at home, yes. But even our managers do not have office doors here at work.

I've got the opposite problem - people close my door when they leave, even though it's open when they enter! I realize I'm hella anti-social and all that, but...

Whether they leave it open or closed doesn't really bug me. It's the people that open the door without knocking first that tick me off.
